Getting there from the airport

Go to the rental car counter near Arrival Exit 3 on 1F of the domestic terminal. The shuttle to the office takes 10–15 minutes each way. You cannot pick up or return the car at the terminal itself.

Winter tires

Winter tires and 4WD are standard for pick-ups from 1 November 2026 to 20 April 2027. Winter season fee: ¥660 per day including tax (charged for up to 10 days)

One-way rentals

Available nationwide, but not at every office. One-way fees in the Hokkaido area were revised on 27 May 2026
