Getting there from the airport

Terminal 1: counter next to North Wing Arrival Gate 6. Terminal 2: counter in front of arrival exits 4–6, along the bus ticket counter. From there a shuttle takes you to the shop (about 20 minutes from Terminal 1, 25–30 minutes from Terminal 2). Terminal 3: tell the travel counter in the arrival lobby that you are using Toyota Rent a Car; the shuttle takes about 15 minutes. You cannot return the car at the terminal: return it to the Haneda Airport (International) shop and take the courtesy car back (15–20 minutes).
