Shirogane Blue Pond
A pond created by volcanic erosion-control works on Mt Tokachi. The water looks blue or green, with dead larch trees standing in it. In winter the water is covered with snow and the pond is lit up at night instead. Stay in the designated areas; you cannot enter the pond.
